Mark Holmes LLC is committed to establishing partnerships with clients to address their evolving water challenges. Our clients include: municipalities, international power and water utilities, private water companies, and government agencies, who have come to expect innovation combined with a strong, practical understanding of water science. Partnering with other firms within the U.S. and international companies that specialize in hydrology, geology, soil science, policy and regulatory affairs, groundwater modeling, GIS analyses and 3D visualization, database management, and instrumentation and monitoring has created a superior team.
While Mark Holmes LLC was officially founded in 2017 I have been involved in water projects for more than 25 years. I have a master’s degree in science focused on water, and I am a professional registered geologist in Arizona. This serves as my foundation of trust and knowhow. I frequently present at conferences, participate in professional organizations, and have been appointed by Arizona Governors to serve on State commissions and advisory boards.

Executive profiles – Mark Holmes LLC - CEO - Mark Holmes. An Arizona Professional Registered Geologist with 25 years of Federal, State, and local level experience managing water. Winner of the Water & Wastes Digest Top Project Award 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. Former Governor appointed Commissioner to the Arizona Water Protection Fund. Currently on the Board of the Northern Arizona Municipal Water Users Association.
